₹30
Brinjals were once used to dye teeth for fashion!
Brinjal, which is also known as Aubergine or Eggplant, is a seasoned, easy-to-grow plant. Organically grown brinjal is not only tasty but also very nutrition dense, and carries significant amounts of Potassium, copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, and folic acid.
Unlike the purple eggplant, the white eggplant comes less bitter, denser, and creamier. And tastes better when baked, steamed, or fried as they have hard skin.
